Lynda is a 40 year old Fitness to who's life long dream is to open a gym.

Lynda's new warehouse that she has purchased to open a gym.

Derick is 26 years old who is passionate about journalism and is about to graduate after studying for his PHD he is not a violent man.

Psychopath Journalist uses his innocent persona to get a story, but is he as innocent as he seems ?

Lynda recently purchased a once abandoned warehouse on the outskirts of town, Derick is using Lynda's inspirational story for a local piece that he hopes will be submitted in the local paper, they meet at the warehouse, the lights flicker, Lynda investigates, resulting in her being held hostage in a separate room by her long lost Son , Derick goes into a rage, fearing he will lose his opportunity, resulting in him striking her son and killing him, Lynda is a witness so he kills her too, gets his notebook out, changes his story about 'local women does good' to 'Murder in Suburbia'
